The Columbia International Relations Council and Association (CIRCA) is an international relations organization operated and coordinated by Columbia undergraduates. Founded in 2007, it is Columbia’s largest student-run organization with over 400 active members. CIRCA is comprised of seven principal branches that contribute to the organization’s mission of furthering international relations knowledge and discourse amongst undergraduates through debate, discussion, and service.

CIRCA branches include Columbia Model United Nations in New York (CMUNNY), our high school conference Columbia Model United Nations Conference and Exposition (CMUNCE), our non-profit branch Columbia Education Simulations (CESIMS), the Columbia Model United Nations Travel Team, CIRCA's Academics and Foreign Affairs Board, Columbia Political Review (CPR), and Social Marketing Board!
